These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Recovery Plus ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking appointments, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of our services, including but not limited to:
- Individual clients receiving cryotherapy or recovery services
- Website visitors and browsers
- Subscribers to our newsletters or promotional communications
- Participants in membership programs or package purchases
2. Services Provided
Recovery Plus provides mobile cryotherapy and recovery services, including but not limited to:
- Localized Cryotherapy: CO₂-based targeted cold therapy for specific areas
- Compression Therapy: Dynamic air compression for circulation and recovery
- Cupping Therapy: Myofascial decompression for muscle recovery
- Percussion Therapy: Massage gun therapy for muscle relief and recovery
Service Availability
Services are provided on a mobile basis within our designated service area in Vacaville, California, and surrounding communities. Availability is subject to:
- Scheduling availability and staff capacity
- Geographic service area limitations
- Weather conditions and safety considerations
- Equipment availability and operational status
Nature of Services
Important: Our services are wellness and recovery treatments, not medical services. They are designed to promote recovery, relaxation, and wellness but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness regimen.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum Age: Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive services independently
- Minors: Clients under 18 may receive services only with written parental or guardian consent and supervision
- Health Requirements: Clients must complete a health intake form and disclose all relevant medical conditions and contraindications
- Capacity: Clients must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
4. Booking and Appointments
Scheduling
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion
- Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, prior appointments, or unforeseen circumstances
Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email or text message upon successful booking
- It is your responsibility to verify appointment details and contact us immediately if there are errors
- Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy; failure to receive a reminder does not excuse cancellation fees
Location Requirements
For mobile services, clients must provide:
- A clean, safe, and suitable space for service delivery
- Adequate access for equipment (parking, entrance, room dimensions)
- A private area for treatments requiring partial clothing removal
- Accurate address and access instructions
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Client Cancellations
- 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or credit for future services
- 12-24 Hours Notice: 50% charge of the service fee
- Less than 12 Hours Notice: 100% charge of the service fee
- No-Show: 100% charge with no refund or credit
Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance
- Multiple last-minute reschedules may result in advance payment requirements for future bookings
Recovery Plus Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to equipment failure, staff illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
- In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge
- We are not liable for any consequential damages resulting from service cancellations
6. Payment Terms
Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings
- Special promotions and discounts may have specific terms and expiration dates
Payment Methods
- We accept major credit/debit cards, digital payments, and other approved payment methods
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
- For memberships and packages, payment terms are outlined in the specific agreement
Refunds
- Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy
- Package purchases and memberships may have separate refund terms
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
- No refunds are provided for services already rendered unless due to our error or service failure
Failed Payments
- Failed or declined payments may result in appointment cancellation
- You are responsible for ensuring payment methods are valid and have sufficient funds
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in service suspension
7. Memberships and Packages
Membership Terms
- Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled
- Cancellation requires 30 days' notice before the next billing date
- Unused sessions may roll over for one billing cycle (subject to membership terms)
- Membership benefits are non-transferable
Package Sessions
- Session packages expire 6-12 months from purchase date (specific to package type)
- Packages are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase
- Sessions cannot be transferred to another person
- Lost or expired sessions are not refundable or replaceable
8. Health and Safety
Pre-Service Requirements
- Complete and sign a health intake form and liability waiver
- Disclose all medical conditions, medications, and health concerns
- Inform staff of any changes to health status before each session
- Follow all pre-treatment instructions (e.g., removing lotions, jewelry)
Contraindications
Services may not be appropriate for individuals with certain conditions. You agree to not receive services if you have any of the following without written medical clearance:
- Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy
- Heart/cardiac conditions or pacemakers
- Uncontrolled blood pressure (high or low)
- Cold sensitivity conditions (Raynaud's disease, cold urticaria)
- Open wounds, infections, or active skin conditions
- Recent surgeries or injuries
- Seizure disorders
- Blood disorders or clotting issues
Client Responsibilities
- Arrive sober and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Follow all staff instructions during treatments
- Immediately report any discomfort, pain, or adverse reactions
- Maintain appropriate behavior and respect for staff
9. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with cryotherapy and recovery services
- You understand that services may result in temporary side effects (redness, numbness, soreness, bruising)
- You acknowledge that individual results may vary and are not guaranteed
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recovery Plus, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for:
- Any injuries, damages, or adverse health effects resulting from services
- Pre-existing conditions that are aggravated by treatments
- Failure to disclose health conditions or contraindications
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recovery Plus and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
- Your failure to disclose medical conditions or contraindications
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Recovery Plus and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Scrape, mine, or extract data from our website
- Reverse engineer or decompile any software or technology

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Solano County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
Arbitration (Optional)
If informal resolution fails, either party may elect binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in Vacaville, California.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
